I have heard it said that a Paleo diet is better for you than a vegan diet, but that’s not true.

I believe it’s because we can’t eat too many foods from the paleo diet, and those foods are high in fat, sugar, and protein.

I know that the Paleo diet makes you fat.

It also makes you look like a fatty animal.

That makes you a bit sad.

But I’ll tell you this: I’m not a fan of the paleos.

It doesn’t make me look thinner, and it makes me fat.

That’s not what I want in my life.

I want my diet to be balanced with the best of the human experience.

Here are 5 reasons why.

1.

You need to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables.

You can’t make it through a week of Paleo without a fruit or vegetable.

You should eat a ton of fruit and vegetables, because it’s good for you.

You’ll be eating more of these foods if you follow a paleo program.

2.

You shouldn’t eat junk food.

The Paleo diet has become a popular diet among people who are sick and/or obese.

There’s no reason to eat any food that has been linked to diabetes or heart disease.

The most common type of foods you should avoid are processed food, sugary drinks, and processed meat products.

3.

You’re going to burn fat.

If you follow the paleontological diet, you will burn fat fast.

You will burn more calories per day and less fat.

You may even lose more weight if you keep the paleonological diet.

It’s important to remember that the paleons are a low-carb, low-fat diet.

They also eat plenty of fiber.

The idea of eating a diet full of fruit, vegetables, and whole grains is a healthy one, but the fact remains that the majority of Americans are fat.

4.

You are not going to have to work as hard.

You won’t have to put in the same amount of work as someone who eats a paleon.

The reason you’ll have to get in the gym is because you’re going through the paleones lifestyle and you’re trying to get a good body.

If I were you, I’d just be sitting at home, reading The Economist and working on my resume.

5.

You might want to get some exercise.

You don’t need to get as many hours of exercise a week as someone on a paleontology diet.

But you might want some extra exercise.

I have noticed that people on a diet who exercise frequently tend to lose fat faster.

That means that you’re not going back to your normal eating habits when you’re on the paleonal diet.

What I’m suggesting is that if you want to eat Paleo, try to do it with the help of a certified health coach.

There are many, many more people who can help you understand the health benefits of a paleonic diet.
