What is Chinese Fried Rice?
Chinese Fried Rice is one of those dishes that most people have never heard of.
There are many variations on the classic Chinese Fried rice, such as chicken fried rice, rice fried rice with pork, pork fried rice or rice fried with beef, but these recipes are all about the Chinese take on a Chinese dish.

What to do when you have a Chinese Family member with a food allergy?
For the most part, people with food allergies are more likely to be allergic to rice.

If you’re allergic to soy, the best thing you can do is not use soy milk, soy milk products, soy sauce, soy protein, soy flour, soy oil, soy canola oil, or any other soy product.

If someone has a food intolerance and has experienced symptoms of an allergy, they may want to consider trying a new product that has not yet been linked with an allergic response.
For example, try a gluten-free soy milk or a soy-based soy protein.
You can also consider testing a different type of food, such a soy product with peanuts, nuts, and seeds.
If the person has not experienced symptoms and does not want to try a new food, you may want them to try using a gluten free, vegan alternative such as almond or peanut butter.
If they are not allergic, you can still use soy products, so they may still be able to use an alternative product if the person wants to.
