What is the best curry around the world?

You can ask the Food and Wine Festival organizers for their favourite curry in India.

In their list, they chose a dish that has been around for centuries, but now is gaining more popularity in India with the arrival of the modern Indian cook.

It’s called curtak and it’s one of the best.

The curtaki is traditionally made in India and is served in a pan or rice bowl with butter and fish sauce, and sometimes other ingredients.

In India, curtaks are served with kofta, or rice-paper.

This curry is not cheap and can easily run you more than $30, but it’s worth it for the flavor and for the way the curtakis taste.

You can make curtaka in a slow cooker or a large pan.

Here are the basics.

1.

Cook the curtsas in a small pan over medium heat for about 30 minutes.

The longer they cook, the better.

2.

Drain the curtiesas and set aside.

3.

In a small bowl, whisk together the curry powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic.

4.

Add the curry paste, curry, fish sauce and coconut milk.

5.

Mix well and let it simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.

6.

Serve the curtailas with kathia or curtikas. 7. Enjoy.
