And many of the foods that people eat that contain added sugar are also the foods people tend to over-consume, like soda, white bread, soda drinks, processed foods, fried foods, and other foods containing sugar.
For those who don’t want to be overly concerned, here are some ways to enjoy a healthy diet: Eat fruits and veggies, and avoid processed foods and sugary drinks.
This is a healthier way to eat than eating a diet that consists of high-sugar foods and processed foods that can cause weight gain and heart disease.
Try to eat more whole grains, and limit the amount of sugar you eat.
Try not to eat too many processed foods.
Try eating lots of fruits and fresh vegetables, and reduce the amount you eat of processed foods or sugary beverages.5.
